Artificial Crystal and Natural Crystal
The chemical composition of both artificial and natural crystals is silicon dioxide, and high-purity silicon dioxide is called "crystal". Natural crystal is a transparent quartz crystal that appears in a hexagonal column shape, with high hardness and strong reflective properties. Pure crystals are colorless and transparent, while natural crystals without impurities are almost impossible to find. Most natural crystals contain bubbles, impurities, and crystal erosion. Artificial crystal is made from raw material quartz sand after a series of processes refining, and then through fine cutting technology and flawless polishing. The crystal is pure and transparent, making up for the shortage of natural crystal. Adding metal elements such as lead to artificial crystals can enhance the detachment of light, further highlighting the nobility of crystals. Due to the complex process and superb craftsmanship of artificial crystals, some are even more expensive than natural crystals. UV rays can penetrate both artificial and natural crystals, while regular glass cannot.
